We keep enquiry and order correspondence only for as long as it serves a business or legal purpose — typically for the duration of any applicable warranty period, plus the period Canadian law requires us to retain business records. After that it is deleted. Server access logs are retained by our host on their own, shorter schedule.
This website is served over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and our server is encrypted. Access to our correspondence is limited to the people who need it to do their work.
